Our retreat destination is on Staten Island, so public transit is an effective option for transportation to the Island. We're prepared to run a shuttle between the ferry terminal and St. Mary's Christian Center during peak arrival and departure periods. Rideshare services are also readily available there. St. Mary's will be providing our meals (Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch, & dinner), and we can pass along special dietary needs in advance of the retreat weekend. The food will be served buffet style.
St. Mary's hosts retreat groups on a special upper floor of their facility (with elevator). Our meeting space and bedrooms will all be conveniently located along a single hallway. All beds are bunked with full-size memory foam mattresses on top and bottom bunks. Some rooms include private bathrooms while others do not. Two large shared bathrooms (with private showers and toilets) are available for our use. Please note that no single rooms are available. Indicate preferred roommates and any other housing needs you may have.
Retreat Fees and Payment Information
The cost of the retreat comes to $150 per person. Contributions above this amount will go towards scholarships for those in need. Unfortunately, we are not able to confirm the availability of scholarships yet, so those in need of scholarship are invited to join the waitlist.
